Mint is a must-have to accompany home grown new potatoes. Simply scatter on top along with plenty of butter and serve.

It’s also great in refreshing summer drinks, with salads and can even be used as a breath freshener!

Mint is best grown in containers as it can get a little carried away if given too much room.

Seeds can be sown from February to August.

Try and pick as often as possible to prevent the stems from getting old and woody. Cut stems to ground level at the end of the summer, as new shoots will appear from ground level the following spring.
